At Hayes Madison, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines our return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- You may only initiate a return after physically receiving the item.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return some or all items is not permitted.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees and any applicable customs duties.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@hayesmadison.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
- We will provide you with the return address of our supplier (located in China).
- Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs fees.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Upon receipt and approval of the returned item in its original condition, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, this is the customer's responsibility.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting info@hayesmadison.com.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
