At Hayes Madison, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.
Delivery Time
Average shipping time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- High-volume periods (holidays, sales events)
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions or carrier delays
- Remote or rural delivery locations
Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier located in China. Because of the international origin:
- Customs processing may add 1-3 additional days to delivery time
- In rare cases, customs duties or fees may apply (customer responsibility)
- USPS, DHL, or other carriers may be used depending on your location
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight
- Delivery destination
- Selected shipping method
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website and applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:

Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
Delivery Responsibility
- Once tracking confirms delivery to the address you provided, the package is considered successfully delivered and is your responsibility.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting info@hayesmadison.com.
- If you will not be available to receive the package, consider using an alternative address (workplace, trusted neighbor, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mailrooms, building entrances)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
International Orders
Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. International shipping may be available to select countries. Please contact info@hayesmadison.com to inquire about shipping to your location.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery:
- You will be notified via email
- Reshipping will require payment of additional shipping fees
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return fees
